My approach to delivering Holistic wellness therapies means that I am willing to listen, learn and understand your individual needs. What you hope to gain from the experience for yourself or a family member can have an impact on how and where it is delivered and how often you require therapies. For some, a one off massage is all that is required. For others, a continuing wellbeing plan may be appropriate and recommended.
I strongly recommend that we meet or at least talk on the phone prior to any treatment to ensure your experience is positive and for you to feel more comfortable and relaxed during your experience. Of course, there is no charge for this initial meeting. Listening Touch Therapies is about quality of service not quality of clients.
My Therapies for Wellbeing services are open to everyone - all ages of children and adults, those with disabilities and special educational needs as well as clients with dementia. Baby massage classes are also open for children with differing needs as well as their parents. Adaptability, flexibility and inclusion are a priority.
Rainbow Kids Club
In a world where we are all so busy and technology is overtaking it is vital that children have opportunity to learn about their feelings and emotions and to express these in an appropriate way. Mental health issues in children is at a all time high and we owe it to the next generation to give them the tools to be as prepared as possible for the stresses of life. My vast experience of working with children, along with being a parent and someone who has experienced depression gives me an insight into the world of mental health and wellbeing in children. Rainbow Kids Club has been developed to give back and create a safe space where children cal learn, listen and share their experiences if they wish but if not, that's fine to. Learning through active play is the best form of education and at Rainbow Kids children have opportunity to lead and follow, guide and ask for help.

Baby Massage classes and more.........
As a parent of three children I know all too well how demanding, exhausting and sometimes overwhelming the experience can be. Back when my oldest children were born, maternity leave was only 16 weeks long! It horrifies me to think of it now.
My approach to baby massage classes and all services offered for families is to create a safe and relaxed environment where parents and carers can meet, learn, chat and relax but most if all enjoy the moment with their baby. I totally also understand that not everyone is in the position to pay for baby massage classes and it is for this reason I plan to work within the local community, providing free workshops and taster sessions where parents can come and learn some basic skills to support their baby through massage.
